1. The Church of Hallgrimur, Reykjavik, Iceland
This amazing building is a Lutheran Cathedral located in Iceland’s capital city, Reykjavik. It is 74.5 metres (244 ft) tall, its construction process started in 1945 and ended in 1986. It is said to resemble the basalt lava flows of Iceland’s landscape.
2. Notre Dame Cathedral, Paris France
The famous cathedral of Notre Dame is a Gothic, Roman Catholic cathedral located in Paris, and it was the first religious establishment in he city: it was first began in 1163 and work stopped into the 1240s. It was badly damaged in the French Revolution in the 1790s, but due to extended work of restoration, this amazing place was saved for our visiting delight. The west front of the cathedral has 69 m (228 feet).

The Cathedral of Brasília is a Roman Catholic cathedral found in Brazil, and which was designed by Oscar Niemeyer. This amazing structure was finished on May 31, 1970, and the most stunning part about it, apart from it’s architecture, is the 16 concrete columns which weigh 90 tons each.

Las Lajas Sanctuary is a impressive church built inside the canyon of the Guáitara River, in the southern Colombian Department of Nariño. Construction began on January 1, 1916 and ended on August 20, 1949
