Ukrainian Parliament Relieves Head of Defense Ministry on Second Vote

The Ukrainian parliament relieved acting Defense Minister Ihor Tenyukha from duty following a second vote on Tuesday.Earlier in the day Tenyukha expressed his desire to be relieved of duty; however, the minimum required number of 226 votes was not met.In a second parliamentary vote later in the day, 228 deputies voted in favor of his dismissal.
